need help with a small fix

I'm using a sea serp script on a maker which is turning up dead every now and then. I have found that the backpack reseter is somehow clicking on the logout button when minimizing bp's and that is bugging the potions buyer, so the char is going into hunt with no pots. Could someone someone help me out on adding a potions checker after certain waypoint or maybe tell me a way to adjust the backpack minimizer so that it will work properly without trying to log me out?

You can change script to not open your main backpack, or drag your exp/battle/quest/etc menu bar above your equipment.
