whats the fastest way to train a knight?

I'm going to use offline and online. But idk where or what to train in online.
Chars 104, 77/77.
Is it better to start over and use spellwands at lvl 10.
Or just go slimes? Monks? Mage summon? Hunt with a knife?
Any help would be appreciated. I'm a nooby

And should I use a mages monk or a creature one.

Knife, full defence.

You can use mage monk if they're willing to. Have 1 summoned monk + 2 mad sheep = perfect, but only at 90+ skills

Why not train with a partner? That's how I always did it back in the day (Previously had a 95/92 160ek back in 07')

Are you on PVP-O? Should make training easy if you are.

If not, I suppose fighting creatures on full defense (or offline training) would be your best bet.
