This thread will be a good thing. With which setup should I run like ~5 advanced scripts and 5 not so advanced (a.k.a easy f-acc scripts)?

I'm not sure but I think each client uses 100 - 600 MB from the RAM. So it will be alot of money :p

Main problem is you'll probably need to have a Windows VPS, bumping the cost up considerably. Causes all sorts of aggro with the host, too, especially if they see you're being graphically intensive on a server (they don't generally account for graphical performance, so you may fuck over other users of a shared server).
I've always used 1and1 for Windows VPS, they aren't too expensive, and provide a stable consistent service with minimal downtime (I had 2x 10 minute downtimes over about a year, both of which were caused by hard disk failure and meant the drives needed to be changed, fortunately they have a very good RAID setup, so the 10 minutes was literally spent copying from SSD to SSD at high speed before a reboot).

It uses like ~40mb of mine, and my real problem is that I don't have a GPU to support many Tibias, that's why I was thinking about which one to choose. Maybe the best would be setting up myself and testing a month, then buying it for real xD

Skip the VPN and save up for a graphics card. I just bought a 7790 for $60, and that's extreme overkill for running a few tibia clients. But honestly it's your RAM and CPU that you need to upgrade to run more clients, because they're fucked up beyond belief and hog every resource your poor computer has.
