Lottery for various accs.

Hello i was wondering if is permitted on xenobot forums to do a a 5USD per ticket lottery. to get a 156 EK that im going to give to the winner + new confirmation key.

I don't see any reason why it is not permitted. It's up to the people if they would like to participate in it, or not. If you are going to create a lottery I'd suggest you to create a thread in the trading section though and maybe (just my personal oppinion, not an obligation) let a trusted member of the community hold the cash untill the registration of the account is changed.
