Whats middleman?

Hello , im a character trader and new in forum, i d like to know whats a middleman, everytime i see people saying that they can do by "middleman". So whats middleman? thanx

MIDDLE-MAN is someone who "middle" your trade.

Since you don't have reputation and the buyer neither, you bought comes to an agreement to pay a thrid and reputared person to intercept the trade.

Talking about chars, the buyer sends the mony to the middleman and the middleman change the char specs to him ( adress, email, etc). Once the money and the account is with him, he send the money to the seller and the account to the buyer, safelly.

Wrote something about it in the General tips section of my scammer list aswell. Kinda comes down to the same thing as Daniel just explained though: "Middleman: If you are dealing with someone who has no history of succesfull trades yet, it might be a good idea to use a middleman for the trade. A middleman is someone trusted by the community that holds both the account of the seller and the payment of the buyer, while the registration of the account is being changed. This takes atleast 30 days, but is in some cases worth the waiting time. Make sure that the middleman is indeed a trustable person and not someone's friend X."
