Extra functions for Tibia

Anyone know a program that's not detectable by CIP where you can bind mouse4/5 for example so it works with Tibia?

I heard Xbuttons works but it's kinda complicated and I have no clue honestly. I want to use mouse4/5 depending on the situation..

rune crosshair / healing for hunting
healing / mwalls for pvp

Just get a gaming mouse, you can pick up a Razer Deathadder at most electronic shops or online via razer.com for around 50-60$ USD. They have programs so you can bind your buttons to anything. Also, they have additional side buttons for more hotkey awesomeness. I would suggest a Razer Naga for 70$ USD~
