Scripts/Settings Loading

Hey, I'm really tired of searching Settings i would really like list way it is with scripts (+ maybe some "search" field to filter them).

Also it would be really great to make it possible to save settings for character name which will be loaded every single time upon login.

Those functions would really improve comfort, Thanks.
