Joe and Gonza are quite skilled in Photoshop and some others around here also.
I am myself studying Webdesign and HQ-Photo Editing but I doubt I'd find time to help you.
You might just want to search for Photoshop here on the forums and I'm sure you find a few interesting ones.

Guess I should mention, this isn't logo creating or whatever, this would be photo editing. I know a lot of people won't do it, but I need a watermark removed from a photo. Willing to pay a small fee if someone can do it :)
