Help with acquiring skulls.

I've been botting my mage at Crystal Spiders in svargrond. (Shadowcores) I've noticed I can't go very long without skulling someone but I've got no idea how it's happening. I think it's after my wand has killed the creature, the 'exori vis' shoots one square in front, thus causing it to hit the player and skull me.

Any suggestions on how to prevent this?

Set the bot to use exori vis till the creature reaches 15% hp or so, then make it use the wand instead
