The only reason this would be more detectable is because you would end up sending stupid amounts of clicks to random parts of the screen, which normally would not get any attention. Probably isn't the case that CIP look for this kind of thing, but realistically it wouldn't take much for them to work out your Tibia client window size, calculate the position of the game window and all the relevant parts of the screen, then count the amount of clicks that are made outside of this area, before sending off a count to the servers. Anyone who demonstrates suspicious behaviour like this would likely have some more processing time spent on trying to catch them botting...
