Radeon 5850, i7 4770k - OpenGL looks super pixelated

Here are some screens. When I have it on DX5, it looks a lot smoother and not pixely. The only problem is it's choppy AF on DX5 and DX9.

I know 5850 is old but shit it's Tibia FFS.
Anyone know a fix?
