This person isn't actually a GM, but an employee at CipSoft. Given the quantity of, and the severity of the situation caused by the dice bots, this is becoming a real issue for CipSoft, therefore it is entirely understandable for them to login to a promoted account and delete players manually. Note that these players emit some very bot like behaviour, as a result they will manually banish them.

The reason CIP don't manually ban botters
The banishments marked as using unofficial software to play interferes with the statistical analysis when variables are thrown in. Every player who is banned has his data logged, and it is used for future comparisons between players when determining if a person is botting or not. That means if they ban someone who emits very few signs of being a botter, they are adding statistics which are suggestive that the player was botting in spite of little statistical, although considerable quantities of observable evidence. This could cause havoc in their automatic detection system, making it ban other players who emit the same signs of botting, even though they could be playing completely manually. Dice botters don't really count towards this for a number of reasons. The primary being (and this is a speculation) that they can exclude all results from characters under level 8, as these are a very insignificant part of the botting problem. Additionally, they can tell a dice botter equally through automation or through manually logging in. This is not difficult, nor is it obtrusive with their detection system, as the insignificance of their level likely means they would not be considered by the automated system regardless of any banishment.

Hope some of that made sense. Interesting to see, though.
