Nerana has a hell of a lot of br's, swe's and pl's. BUT all of the English speakers stick together in english chat and are all fairly close. there's not as many as in other worlds, but its a really tight community. Should hit it up (id help you start out a little if you pm me)

Secura has the most active English chat of any server I've played. Currently inactive but I log on daily just to chat on English chat

I'll vouch for Olympa aswell, english-chat is very active and most players have good english skills.

Only serv on been on is amera & there is a decent amount of english people, Same with brs tho......~
