Hey guys,

How do you guys avoid your screen resolution changing while gaming?

I just launched battlefield 4 and my 4 tibia clients instantly crashed because the resolution changed.. Both my normal resolution and in-game resolution were the same.

Any way to stop this from happening?

Thanks in advance,

When I played League of Legends I had to minimize Tibia before LoL went into fullscreen mode.

Play in Windowed or Borderless Mode.

Change the graphic engine of tibia to opengl and minimize tibia :D always worked for me while playing games even in full screen :)

Strangely enough, I game everything and I never had this issue, no clue why though, but yeah, that includes BF3, CS:S or LoL.

Your best option, if you have some spare money would be to buy a second monitor, and just move your tibia client to that monitor. If not, just minimize the client and adjust your graphic settings for whatever other games you're playing :)

Well I already have 2 monitors.. This is why I wondered why the hell my clients crash, as I always have my bots on the second monitor.

What could cause this really? My main monitor is an asus ve278 @ 1920x1080 and the second is a acer x243w at 1920x1200.

Changed my tibia graphic settings to openGL, it was on directX9... Never checked this really, lol.

Hope this fixes it.

Thanks in advance,

Usually minimizing tibia and opening a different program and leaving it maximized works for me (so when i tab out i tab out into the other program and not tibia since this also causes crashes) but for some games there is no fix and it seems to affect different people at different times... Minecraft fullscreen will crash my tibias 100% no matter what i do, league of legends crashes them only sometimes under the same conditions... -.- It's fucked up
