No i got all my accounts 1-2years but I think I got hacked from ip changer..!! Cuz we would play with friends karamy ot and 2-3 guys got hacked too..!! :/

The reason is the ip changer you downloaded. Google displays all results, which some may be viruses or keyloggers or so on. Don't blame google, blame yourself for not being careful enough to download a correct ip-changer :p.

I'm sorry for your losses though, I know it sucks.

Idk if it was the official one, but Asprate's IP changer from OTlands had a keylogger. My antivir caught it but some friends got hacked..

I don't know how Tibia's system work. In this case it seems like the hacker paid for an account name change. However the Lost Account interface SHOULD (in my oppinion) respond to changed account names as well, but I dont know.

Normally, if they got your rec key they can change mail and pw. But you should be able to just do the same back, so it would be quite of a struggle. However I do not know what happens if someone pays for a account name change during this. It's beyond my knowledge.

If the acxounts are in your name, order new recovery keya and format your computer meanwhile.
