Where should my friend and I manually group hunt?

Hello, my friend and I are looking for a good spot to hunt together for good experience. Either for our current levels or for the near future.

Me: Level 90 paladin, 94/76, mlvl20, warsinger bow/crystalline arrows, best gear for lvl
Friend: Level 97 druid, mlvl 64, best gear for level

Well to start you need to go hunt somewhere where the creature's do not re target that often as your a pally and can't do mas res, which in turn decreases the better places you guys can go. So if you would ask me where would be best for you to hunt maybe try hellspawn or nightmares. With nightmares you could fire bomb your healer so he couldn't get attacked, just takes a little bit of training is all.
