How to make latest tibia version, as offline home to play server.

Is there anyone on forum who is skilled enough to help me make offline tibia server, with latest tibia version(and that would be easy to update as patch comes out)
I would also like to be able to invite people that i want into game, and everything will be home ip based, something like diablo 3 thing, where you can inv people to your server and play with them..

Anyone have some info about this ?

It's called OpenTibia. As mentioned above, otland.net is the biggeat forum out there for it. There's plenty of tutorials and so on. Hope you find what you're looking for.
