Warrior addon

Hi guys :P I was just checking out the tibia.wikia and decided I really wanted the warrior addon(the sword one only). I have the money for iron ore and the piece of royal steel. But from what I checked,I have to get acces to Meriana isles and than talk to the npc there? Is that correct?

I know most of u will tell me I'm stupid for not checking tibia.wikia,but I did,just need some clarification.
