Non PVP Paladin Training/World Questions

Hi I am a level 15 paladin with skills 50/38. I am looking for a way to bot skills up to 70-80.
I am also looking for a new non pvp american server with a good population of english
players.

Skilling my paladin there atm, skills 62/48, mlvl 8 :) Been botting there since lvl 9 and distance 20 so ^^ Im on my 4th day now.

I used my north troll script and just added spear to looting, works just fine.
I'm on rots now using stones :)
