If u wanna sell gold for he. its very dangerous, if u give money. he will can talk with suport of paypal and get his money back. Because you dont have evidences concrete about your payment xD

I lost 6kk and never sell kk's again with paypal.

The fee is zero, which indicates that the money is send as gift. You can also click on "issue a refund" you will probably see that you can only do a full refund, which also indicates that it is send as gift. If you can do a partial refund it is send as payment for goods/services. As far as I can see from this image the payment I would say this has been send as gift.

A lot of scams have been made by people claiming to their creditcard company that someone unauthorized used their creditcard and paid money on paypal with it. So, even if it is send as gift, the money could be claimed back.

Most payments made by girt via paypal are always safe. As smeg said thought they can contact their bank and claim that someone else used their card but they are going down the road of credit card fraud then.
