I don't think that there's any way to take any advantage with it, but I think that I can out you guys to think on ways to use this for smth.

If a char gets deleted with selling market offer open, even after deletion this offer will be there. And yes, its possible to buy/sell him the item.

Since the market is available for everyone I think it's hard to take advantage of it. Otherwise you could have placed sell offers on items for a really low price, or if possible buy offers for a really high price to gain back the kk's that might be left on the deleted character.
