It depends on how many clients you are going to open, but imo you should check, Processor + Ram Memory.

Every computer can ran tibia ^^ its not like battlefield 4 :d

you can ran like 10 clients if u ran them in low fps like the lowest then u can use it without have some problems

I found a new labtop hp black licorice
4gb memory. And e 300 accelerated process 1.30ghz..

Seems week imo. Also, video board is rly important, more than ram/cpu, cuz I got a good ram/cpu and a shitty video board and can only run less than 3 clients at once.
