Selling gold to Blackdtools? [Question]

I dont think im allowed to link any sites on this thread so im just gonna ask,

Is it possible to sell gp to Blackdtools & which payment methods are they doing? It says they are offering 4 EUR per KK as for european sellers on open pvp servers & are they safe? :P
