How to decrease fps below 10

Is it possible to do using xenobot, If not is there any program that would allow me to do it? I know its doable because some other bot has such option...

Why would you need to? Im running a stupidly pathetic 3 year old budget laptop, with 8 clients at a time and ive still got enough power (just about) to surf the web and stream stuff ect

I think that's the minimum. I got an external cooling fan and it helps my comp stay cool with a few more clients going idk if that helps or not. But when I get a lot of clients my
Comp gets hot and bogs down. So I fan that shit

this!! i have done hahaha. Also when i was using a lap top, a would swap screen composition to portrait and stand the computer up on its side so the vents pushed the air out the top and i could blow a fan on the underside of the computer, get those cores down below 40*c hahaha
