Problem with Win 7 64bit

Hi ! I have problem with windows 7 64bit, directx 11, so when I use by MC's after some time I get an error "video surface allocation failed ( Error Code 13) Please choose another video graphics mode." I use the tibia option directx 9. What should I do to get rid of the problem.
since yesterday I have a new computer,
Asus M5A99X evo R2.0
Processor AMD FX 8-core 8320 BOX
4GB RAM ddr3 1333mhz
HDD 500GB
GeForce GT 430
