Hello

So I am currently PGing a MS. Going slow due to lack of blockers.

However, each person I find always tells me "You should spend like 500k on mag level and then pg"
I mean why? It makes no sense in my eyes.. I rather spend those 500k on lvling AND getting mag level.

So could someone please tell me why people keep suggesting this? Its about 10 people right now.

U will hit more with better ml, and when u hit more on creatures they die faster...

Read my question before you try to act smart.
I didnt ask what magic level does. I asked why people suggest I spend 500k on my mag level insted of spending them on leveling.

I wouldn't spend them on training your magic level. Depending on what your level is now (and magic level), it may not even be worth it to train. Mages are very 'magic oriented' hunters and will waste/use mana during hunts, no matter what. So, technically, you're training while you're hunting already.

On the other hand, a high magic level will obviously provide you with more damage which will in return make leveling easier... But I'd just go hunt.

Thats how I think also..

I rather spend 500k and get level (Lets say 100 anad mag 40) insted of getting level 8 and mag 60. - Numbers are pulled out of my ass so dont try to act smart.

Yeah. Go hunt and get exp now. Offline train when you need to. It'll be good enough for a while...

Hey Kimpan90.
I think many people think that way: If you wanna start Powergaming it's good to spend some money on magic leveling (Botting in svargrond next to magic shop), BECOUSE if you got a high ek who is blocking for you creatures like grims, he can lure and block more monsters at the same time becouse you hit much more and faster !
As I just said you can kill monsters faster and gain more exp.
Good magic level---->Better hits---->More exp!
I think they mean it in that way, or they are crazy!

Haha, if you've got.. Let's say 10kk, wasting 500k on mag-lvls should be worth it, since you'd hit sooo much harder and the manas would be "worth" more.

Ta lite M-lvls, tro mig.

hunt somewhere which constantly has you using manas is what i always do, its just as good AND you get lvl... i hate morons who spend 500k+ on mlvl before lvling since they can get almost the same results while hunting and lessen the waste AND gain levels
