NO, your never "Safe" with any sort of bot.
Dark say's himself, he'd be lying if he stated that Xeno was "Safe" however, it has the lowest detection rate.

He meant if his main is non-injected and he's using MC (with his main as the "first opened client").

I don't think you'll get banned for this, but it's possible.
