Wrong place to ask, and it depends on the software your using to interpret controls from the controller, theoretically it's possible. I've done it with a 360 controller.

I believe it's a program called JoyToKey, it can be used to map buttons on the controller to the keyboard and it can be used to control the mouse as well.

Sounds like itd be a pain in the ass. I hated playing games meant for pc on platform. Like ever try playing Starcraft on play station? Idk just my opinion. I think taking a laptop to a 60 inch flat screen with hdmi and playing tibia with wireless mouse and keyboard would be boss tho
