You could try Quara Hell, for alright exp/profit, it's great for that level

Hrodomir Ice Creatures, good exp/barely profit, I found it got better after 150

Hive surface without any towers, better exp/some profit, I found it better around 180 when I included towers as if you don't have too many others there it can be like 7/8 mobs on you at once.
