Low fps? Lagging? I need help

alrighty so i made a thread about a week ago and nobody responded to it so im gunna try a diff section of the forum now lol..

I have a gaming pc

Quad core i7 860(lil old i know)
Radeon R9 270x(4gb version)
6gbs of ram

what i dont get is my brothers basic home desktop is running tibia smoother than mine and hes got lower specs,
he can mc like 3 chars with no lag on screen, i can barely run 1 client without getting the medium lag circle.. were both running the same fps cap at 50 on direct x9..

Can anyone help me please? trying to bot like 5 chars and my mains keep dieing due to PC lag.. and the occasional awesome kiksoft

Its gotta be a bigger problem then that this pc can handle bf4 at ultra graphics.. it should be able to run 500 1d game Mc's.. anyone out there at all who knows?

Buy a new HDD, install a fresh copy of Windows, stop downloading programs and porn.

man download this thing called leatrix latenecy fixer, just google it and install it, trust me!

Re-install your graphics driver and install the latest directx and check that your cpu isnt overheating - if all lese failes do a hard drive reformat with a fresh install of windows also while botting you should use 10fps to reduce power draw and give your more cpu power for other things
