I have been having some issues with Paypal lately. I can't seem to get it to work properly.
I tried to pay CIPSoft directly for 3 months of premium but I got this error:

"Your PayPal order could not be processed.
Please select a different payment type to continue with your order."

What I did was send 19.95 EUR to my friend's paypal and he paid me through his and sent it as a gift to my account. This happened about 3 weeks ago. Now, I tried to do the same but I got this error from Paypal:

"We're sorry, but we can't send your payment right now."

This is very odd because just earlier today, I bought some KKs on Inferna and I was able to pay through paypal. What happened was, first I tried to send the money as gift to the guy but I got the error, so I tried as service and it worked. We were trading on smaller amounts so the next package I was able to send it as gift.

If anyone know what's causing my current problems or knows how to fix it please let me know.

I thought CipSoft doesn't accept Paypal payments? I know Element5 does...
Have you tried contacting Element5 (if that's what you're using)?

By the way, you shouldn't just use 19.95 EUR. You should add more money to your balance in case of any additional fees.

I haven't really thought of contacting Element5 and I have way more than 19.95 EUR on my balance.

Do you think this may be caused because 2 people login on different IPs?
