Weird Lagg

Okay, so.. I don't know exactly how to explain this, but it is like my tibia backdrop (ground such as desert, cobble stones etc) Is lagging behind my char.. My character isn't lagging at all but it seems as if the background is lagging behind and moving slower, really aggregating.. I've tried DX5, DX9, Open GL, along with all different type of frame rates. anyone have any suggestions on what's going on or perhaps having the same problem as me?

Its called frame tearing or stuttering.
Get a better graphics card and it'll fix it.

Hm, is it weird that it was fine day before yesterday and just all the sudden started doing it?
what could have caused this change to happen in a matter of a day?

Ps. nothing newley installed, or recently installed.

1. Tried reinstalling tibia?
2. Tried updating your drivers?
3. How old is your graphics card?

Update, I just downloaded an old client of tibia, and logged into an " OT " server, and Im not having this issue, seems to only be with the latest client of tibia.. any ideas?
