Tibia fps

So recently I've noticed something weird with my tibia client. Pressing alt f8 shows me that I got like 400 fps, but there is still something strange going on. It literally feels like im running around with 10fps and I have no clue what it can be.
So If anyone got a clue what it can be I would be happy to hear your solution :)

have u set the settings in tibia to 20 orsomething?
maybe use chuitox fps?

My old computer used to to that when I had it running for a week, try rebooting and see if it helps.

I've tried that a couple of times now :P Ill take a look and see if something might be overheated
