Why would he prove that he didn't scam? He is innocent till proven guilty. I only seen some random guy with 0 reputation on forum posting 2 random screenshot from another forum with random skype conversation and 0 proofs that it's the same person.

I'd have to agree, "attempting" a crime is still illegal. If you shoot someone in the head with intentions of killing them, but they survive, you get off completely free? Nope. A crime was still attempted, just didn't succeed. Anyways idk whole story, but attempted scamming should still be punishable, whether succeeded or not.

I think the ban is justified.
'Playing' with him or not, your intentions were malicious. You 'planned' to "get revenge" (in your own words) and would have capitalized on the opportunity if it had presented himself. Maybe the next guy was/is a scammer, but so are you and you got caught first. Hope the ban stays. You deserved it.

As I said, you attempted to scam. It doesn't matter if you tried to scam someone who, according to you, scammed other people/you. If you kill someone who has murdered a person, you won't go free either, you will still be marked a murderer.

Other then that, you faked a moderators name on another forum, I can't risk you doing that here.

Aydin, give the man a chance to proof himself worthy on your forum. I have done business with him as well since he was active on this forum. I ordered a header for my website and delivered it before I had paid. In my eyes this guy isn't a scammer and if he was proven himself worthy to me. If people still don't trust him they have the option to either walk away from it and don't deal with this guy or to make sure they paid after they get what they ordered.
