CipSoft changing the unjust count again... OR ARE THEY?

First off, the "skulls are being removed" rumor is out the window, as confirmed by Craban.
However, he did give us a little tip on what is going to change.

So, it doesn't say 20 unjusts is going to change, as in changing to another number.
He says the name of 20 unjusts will change. So, it sounds like they're changing the definition of unjusts.

Anyone have any ideas?

Off the top of my head, I could think of something like...

If you kill 3 people in 60 seconds, it's red skull.
But if you kill 3 people, 3 hours apart in each, it counts as 1 unjust.

Or maybe if you kill someone, you get 1 unjust and white skull for 15 minutes,
but if someone kills you before the 15 minutes is up, that unjust becomes 0.
So, if no one kills you within 15 minutes of your unjust, you keep that unjust.

I have a feeling that they are going to be more lenient on the killing penalties now.
So, it's likely we won't see 2 unjust system again, but we'll see something else that is similar to it, in terms of penalty.
