Only open bodies that contain loot that you have on your lootlist

I'm botting stuff where I don't care about the gold or most of the bodies are empty or contain crap, but there's still usually a couple of interesting rares that you want to loot.
It would save us a lot of time and therefore offer a higher exp/h if the bot actually read what the loot was and then only opened the body if there was something to pick up, otherwise just let it be.
