European playing US server

Okay so I'm from Spain and a friend offered me a nice account which has characters located on US servers.
I'd like to know if I'll be lagged there, what to use to play properly there, etc.

There is a nice tool that blackd made, it is simply a ping checker for every server. Doesn't affect your account or anything, it's not even a cheat.

I've been hacked once in my tibia career and it was because of that website (blackd)! :mad:
