Why its so hard to make Xenobot scripts that fully work on Ots, or that work on both Ot and global, i play in a global 10.37 ot and sometimes it really gets to my nerves when things doesn't work

Because they failed hardcore at accurately implementing Tibia's protocol.

Also the maptrackers aren't perfect. Most "real map" ots are similar but have many flaws, sometimes the entire map or huge portions of the map are shifted. So rope holes, waypoints, etc don't really match up.
Then there's the npc conversation differences, and numerous other bugs.
