Port Hope/Forbidden Hydras, Vandura/Edron/Forbidden Land Behes, Drefia Vampires, Fenrock/Zao DL's, Muggy Plains/Isle of Strife Lizards.

All of the above are great places. Personally I love PoI DLs with avas. Can get 500-600k/hr in exp if you group them right.
