Not sure, but it sure is annoying. One time I had 10+ people on the exact same waypoint as me.

because the venore spawn is the best one since you can go by npc on your way to deposit.

been on coryms vemore on a knight from 75-98 now
still no doll but at least iml 90% of the time alone

I've been there from 80-160~ on one char, and 80-100 on the other. Only one stupid doll.
