[Update] XenoBot v2.3.3 [9.46]

Added 9.46 compatibility
Removed 9.45 compatibility, however 9.45 clients will show as 9.46 in the list and should still work fine. This is due to the fact that the changes are so minor that my code signature detection returns the same results for each version.
