Does having really low fps effect Xenobot?

Is it better to have them all on 30-50 FPS or does it not really matter.

As far as I know using 30-50 and 1fps will be completely the same for the bot as it just ignores it and continues on with whatever it's doing. Fps will only be an issue for an actual player. At least thats what I've heard and have experienced myself.

I run mine 24/7 on lowest possible fps setting i can get, which is 10. I would run it at 1 if it were possible to get it to stay that low though :P I never have trouble at 10

if you're using mapclick no, else it will make you walk slower, atleast is what i could gather from observation

If u hunt fast monsters that run away at low health u will notice that with 1 fps your exp will be lower. Also some scripts might stuck if u set your fps too low.
