This troubles me quite a bit....[Tibia quest bug?]

So I have not played tibia in quite some time, almost 2 years, before I left I started the 5000 minotaur quest on my paladin, using a script I finished and now have over 5200 killed. When I try to turn the quest in I cant, I get no response from Budrik as shown below.

10:24 xxxxxxx [51]: minotaur
10:24 xxxxxxx [51]: quest
10:24 Budrik: It was very decent of you to help me, and I am thankful, really I am, but now I have to get back to my duties as a foreman.
10:24 xxxxxxx [51]: minotaur task
10:24 xxxxxxx [51]: minotaurs

No proper response from him, and I am unable to enter and kill the horned fox.

What am I doing wrong?

Oh, yes I have, same thing, no response. The only response I get from him is when I say quest, and he says thanks.
