[Update] XenoBot v3.5.4 [Protocol 10.38]

This update adds functionality for protocol 10.38 and removes support for older protocols.

Changelog:

Added 10.38 compatibility.
Removed 10.36 - 10.37 compatibility.

How i can install xenobot without admin permissions?
Ive always installed with but now my mom putted a admin user and it tells me i have to be admin to REMOVE the old one. I have no problem adding new ones but yes removing old ones. Thanks!

Content fixes usually means server-side. Even so, the changes are present in the exe, so if they update it will just be to troll bot developers, and should be an easy one.

If you're referring to the news ticker, it's probably just server-side fixes. Most likely won't be a client update.
