Hello, I know when you enter here you're probably thinking "What an attention whore" but I feel like your comments will help me keep motivated and if any other people on this forums are overweighted as me I hope they motivate as well, well I've been overweighted my whole life all do when I was in 8th grade I joined a water polo team and went from 100kgs - 80kgs, but the team closed and now I weigh 135kg (I know). So now I want to be healthy, even do you don't believe me I've never been bullied in my life, I think if I was bullied at a certain part of my life I would of change my life before instead of now. I have friends and a normal social life so I don't have any mental issues if you think that's why I'm that overweighted.
Seh and samm3 gave me some nice tips so thank you guys. I won't be joining a gym do because I don't really enjoy being in a building full of people working out
(And I get easily distracted by the hot girls). I live in an island so I have lots of places to excercise, I tried to change my mentality and habits some times but always gave up after a week or so, but now I don't think, I know I'll not give up, normally I got myself motivated a wednesday or so but started till the next monday, but now I got motivated once again but now I started the same day. I know that at the beggining I should only go 2-3 days per week for like 10-20 minutes, but I feel like that's not enough and I can easily handle 4-5 days per week for more than 30 minutes.
Weigh: 135kg
Height: 186cm
Age:16
What I did today,
I did 35 situps.
And I ran slowly for like 20 minutes stopping that meaning stopping every 10 minutes.
After I ran and did the abdominal workout,
http://s8.postimg.org/b5wme69kh/2014_04_03_16_24_58.jpg (http://postimg.org/image/b5wme69kh/)
-Morning: I can drink a natural banana milkshake no sugar in it nor anything like that or cereal what has less calories? I can handle this for all morning I always just eat that or drink the natural banana milkshake.
-Meal: I always eat what my mom makes, but I'm thinking about making my own meal like eating tuna or something with low calories.
-Dinner: As well I always eat what my mom makes but I'm thinking about eating a salad every night instead of what my mom makes.
I'm a big soda drinker the good part about this is that I always have drank light soda since I like it more than normal soda, so I know I can't drink soda, but I normally drink like a lot, so I was thinking of at the beggining just drink 1 cup per day, and after 2 weeks or so bring it down to 3 cups per week and then eventually leave it, since I don't think I can really leave it just at once.
Today that I ran I saw a guy and a woman kind of laugh when I was running since I'm to overweighted I don't really run like I should so that really helps me keep on since they're going in cars and all that I think is, "You're going on a car, I'll beat you running to were you're going". This makes me take a longer run since it takes away my tireness.

My best tips for you:
1. Work out everyday.
2. Light/Diet/Zero if you are going to drink anything.
3. Eat quark or non-fat cottage cheese (you can mix the quark with some lemonade that must be without sugar and you can mix the cottage cheese with apricotcream (+ raspberries if you find it) that also must be without sugar (few calories as possible).
Calories IN and OUT is the most imporant to loss weight.
Good luck!

There is alot of things you can eat, but I must know how far you can push yourself. Can you eat all kind of food etc?
Don't work out everyday. Your body needs rest, you can only do harm to yourself by working out everyday. If you live on an island, swim a lot. Swimming makes every muscle in your body to work.
While You're running put on some extra clothes which are going to make u sweat more.
And 70% of your training are your meals. If u want to burn more fat , You have to make your methabolism work faster. And You get that by eating less but more often. So 3 meals a day won't work, it has to be at least 4 and max 6.
Always carry with yourself handful of snacks like peanuts, hazzelnuts and stuff like that, but it mustn't be fried or salted and just munch on them, but it shouldnt be more than one handful.

My fault! You should ofcourse take atleast 1 day off depending on how hard you work out!

At least one day a week. Every expert recommends 3 days of work out-1 day off, 2 days work out-1 day off. And your week starts over again. Every 2 weeks change the days on which u pause, body shudnt be able to adapt on when it has rest. If it does You're not gonna get proper results.

I'm going to work out from Monday-Friday, About swimming didn't thought about that for sure will do. How does this sounds to help my methabolism be faster,
6:30am: sugar free banana milkshake
10:30am: salad
2:30pm: depends on my meal, could be tuna (stuff like that)
9:00pm: salad
Maybe some penauts in between 2:30 and 9:00? Natural penauts?

Enjoy this meta you have and get healthy, stop putting processed and industrialized shit on your body, we're just monkeys eat what nature gives you
Fruits? i'd eat that shit all day tasty as fuck make some juice too damn, but water is so fine too
Sodas? Processed food? Frozen meals? man why don't you just get a bottle of Ajax and shove it in your ass this way you'll die quicker
Cut the sodium(salt) and the sugar, nature is tasty as fuck man, learn to cook healthy is one of the best things to learn in life
Lower the fat you eat, anything that is shiny, soft and tasy is just fat and you don't want it. Icecream? its a pot of fat with some cocoa powder
Learn to check the ingredients of things, you don't want capitalist marketing to fuck your health up so always be watch out.
if you cant handle these changes watch some nasty youtube videos; for example the factory, or how is made what you're about to eat.
Again, watch what is not natural: processed meat , condiments, anything too seasoned, shit you don't find in nature, candies, etc.
this is just what came on top of my head that i follow

Take a thursday off and saturday, work out on sunday. Later on switch the days. 2 days of rest in a row is not really ok.
I drank this milkshake for a breakfast. You and anyone other that tries it, will want to suck my dick because of how good it tastes and how full it makes you.
-milk
-spoon of honey
-an egg
-a banana
-coffee spoon of cinnamon (cinnamon is the best thing there is for bones and joints, as You're overweight your spine and knees will suffer for some time.)
Instead of morning salad try to eat something that will give You proteins to endure the day. Chicken fillets are amazing for that.
Stomach stops processing food after 8pm as good as it does during the day. So avoid eating after 8. Only good thing You can eat at late hours is an apple.
And there is a glitch in the matrix. Once a week, only one meal You can eat whatever u want in any amount u want. By anything I really mean anything.

@Off-Topic
I know this is off-topic but I just crashed today like 3 hours ago with a drunk motorcycle driver, here where I live "Cozumel" For 1 car there is 10 motorcycles. So I was in my NEW car it's 1 month old to be exact, I was driving and Mexican streets are pretty different than other streets, however, I had the prefference, I think that's how you call it if not, it means that I can go straight as an arrow without really stopping unless there bumps etc. So this guy was SUPER drunk and he was by his house, so he just passed infront of me, it even looked like he did it on purpose so I crashed with him. Since I'm 16 they really want to manipulate you since he was telling me "Don't worry, I'll repair it for you" Or "I know someone that can fix it for you" etc. He was super drunk that he didn't even know what he said, so I called the police and they came right away. They came and they didn't even pay attention to him, the police immediatly knew it was his fault, and people here are very nosey, so there were like 35 people just watching, and everyone saying it was his fault, after that they took him in the police car to jail, and they told me to go get my mom and go back to the police station. When this happened I was with my little brother and his friend, and my mom didn't answer the phone. However, I left my brother and his friend on the football field, and I went with my mom and his boyfriend to the police station, we waited there like 1 hour or so for the guy of the insurance and the police that checks who's fault is it finishes his report. The guy said he was Belizian and made up another name, but everyone in the police station knew who he was, he is from a family that robs motorcycles, kills people, just a nasty family. So this is how it is in Mexico, no real justice, it happens to be that his wife doesn't respond to him anymore, so if he says "I'm not going to pay" We sue him and basically if he doesn't have the money, he doesn't have to pay, it's was just unbeliviable when I hear this, so we could sue him and stay without the car for like 1 month - 1 year and he doesn't pay a penny. So we just preffered we would pay it ourselves, but tomorrow morning, my moms boyfriend is going to talk with him, he thinking we will sue him. It's just a joke how the Mexican Government works. PATHETIC!

some tips from someone who lost 35 kilos last year.
1. Remember that losing weight is a maraton not a sprint. Its gonna last long and you cant make it too fast or you are just gonna hurt yourself.
2. COUNT CALORIES! To lose weight you must provide less calories than you burn everyday, BUT do not overdo it, if your body needs 2500kcal a day then eat 2300 or so, then when you will stop losing weight excersize more or drop some calories, again by 150 - 200 NOT MORE. Cuz if you start with 1500kcal your metabolism will slow down so much you will stop losing weight even when you will eat less and excersize more. http://www.myfitnesspal.com/ - this can help you count calories.
3. Strength training is much much better in losing weight than cardio. There are many many articles that proves HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training) is much better when trying to lose weight.
4. If you can - find a friend who will train with you (i trained with my friend who was gaining weight(i was losing it) and it helped me alot when i didnt have mood for training and all, its just for motivation but it really helps alot when you support each other)
5. When you will stop losing weight and your calories wil be around 1800 start doing so called Cheat Meal every 10th day to boost up your metabolism. Cheat meal doesnt mean you can eat junk food.
6. Absolute zero tolerance for junk food.
7. You are doing it for yourself so just do not cheat or lie to yourself.

who said 200 kcal per day? its the START MAN. i said drop more when u stop losing weight. and if its to slow you can always drop more if you know what youre doing. but imo 0,5 kg per week is enough
and I think if u will start with -500kcal youre gonna drop your plan very fast, cuz youre gonna feel like shit everyday cuz of starving.
remember he just started its still gona be like a bomb to his body, and forcing and fastening everything is not gonna help, im sure even with -200kcal he is gonna lose much more kg/week just because of diet change and starting to exercise.

1 day gym, 1 day 30 min walking, Saturday you rest
5 meals that contain enough protein at least 21g of protein and little quantity of carbs at lest 40g, recommend you at least in 3 meals with salad(aka lettuce, dosent count as carb), if you have anxiety at night and always eat carbs or can't sleep recommend you to eat "light gelatin"(have no carbs and like 1g of protein is just awesome) 2 cups, always but always drink coffee or green tea at morning and if you can after wake up before doing any meal drink a cup of coffee then 30 min cardio and come back to breakfast. Avoid milk, white rice and any kind of flour and at weekends each day make 2 free meals that contain enough protein. Maybe i can make you a routine and diet. I'm a gym instructor and enthusiastic with doing programs of diet and routine

Pfft, of course he can to cardio every day depending on how he does it. Why mess it up with strange schemas for him when he's only doing cardio and aming for losing weight? Generally when you're on a low calorie diet you lose muscle tissue.
I'd say you do like this:
Do cardio 7 times a week 20-30 min (preferably walk fast as you might get injuries if you're too heavy running)
Every single time you want to just taste or snack on something, remember it's only extra calories and a few more minutes walking
Drink water before you eat and overall much water every day
Eat low calorie containing food if you don't want to "starve" like sallad, chicken, vegetables in general, high fiber containing carbs in small amounts
If you follow my tips you'll lose weight fast =)

All equally as bad for you. Eat healthy, stay determined, don't lose focus or hope. You may not see results after a day, a week, a month, even a few months for that matter. Dont lose hope, continue to work hard and you WILL see results, guaranteed. Good luck on your journey

You just have to have a good goal. I am 14 year old, i a 1.73 and weighted 86kg. In 3 months i had a cruise of 15 yeard old ppl and i wanted to at least kiss a girl so i decided i was going to go with a good looking. I went to the gym the 90 days from the moment i started till the day of cruise. I lost 19 kg and went from 25% body fat to 9%. At the cruise i felt so fucking good, chilled with my friend and the best of all GOT A BLOWJOB from a nice girl xD When you have a goal that really inspires you theres no mental /physical limits! Thats why i recommend you find a goal yo want to achieve and DO IT! No excuses, no shit. "NO PAIN NO GAIN" thats my favorite quote!!

Well last time I drank coke was on Saturday, next time I'll drink coke NEVER!
I've been eating healthy, I can really feel my body lighter and my stomach feels way lighter. I'm working Monday-Friday 3 hours per/day and Sunday's from 10 AM - 3 PM, so this really helps me get away from junk food, I eat a healthy shake at 6:40 AM, then at 10:30 I eat a tuna sandwich or a chicken breast sandwich, this is with the healthy bread, then at 2:40 I eat a chicken breast, or chicken soup, stuff like that, then I go and run etc. at 3:50 and when I come back I eat fruit, and like today at 7:20 I had tuna with potatoes for dinner.

I haven't read through everything in here, but man keep it up! The results are the most overwhelming thing ever. I've been on the path you're on and I cannot stress enough how good it feels when you finally get to the point you set your goal at.
I went from 98.9 kgs to 68 kgs starting as a 'new year resolution' on January 1st 2013. It took me 8-9 months of 'hard' work.
All I did was canceling all the sweets and sugar and junk food. I went from cakes, cookies, candies to fresh veg and fruit and whole grain foods. It was a strict plan, but hell it was worth it!
And with that nutrition my goal was to workout everyday. But not the 'gym' workout, i.e. weights and stuff. More like every day cardio. I've started with walking of course. Running would bring too much stress to my joints at that weight. So I just walked for about an hour every day. But not that Sunday walk, but more of like brisk walk. To get your heart rate up of course.
I did all of that for a few months and then gradually went from walking to running/jump roping. And eventually I hit my ideal weight of 68 kgs. I got used to the RIGHT nutrition without that damn junk food that made me a fat ass in the first place.
I've had no problem maintaining weight since then. There's also no such thing as 'extra skin'. Keep in mind though, I kept nutrition and workout habits to this day and it works like magic.
And just recently I've started to explore weight/strength training and I'll probably get into that. Not that hardcore thing, but just to gain few extra pounds of muscle.
Remember, if you want to lose weight, do the cardio every day. If you want to gain muscle, hit the weights. Both are doable at the same time, but man it's hard. It's very hard to hit that right nutrition. If your primary goal is to lose weight my advice would be to do whatever you want as long as it gets your heart rate up for at least 30 minutes a day. Do things that are the least stressful for youir joints.
After few months, when you'll drop those globs of fat, you'll be ready for dem weights. But of course I'll agree, strenght exercises never hurt, even if someone is overweight.
Good luck man, this one is going under my bookmarks. I'll keep an eye on you. :p Good luck!

Omg... Guys, some of these tips you are giving him are not so flash. Make sure information you give people gave from a credible source. Not just what you heard.
I think i read one comment where someone said you loose more fat when you do muscle workouts opposed to cardio? Which is totally not true!!!
Here's some advice from me.
If you want to loose weight start slowly, there's nothing worse than trying too much and failing.
Begin with changing you diet, eat smart.
Carbohydrates and sugar are the cause of most people putting on weight. When you eat excess of these things it tells your body to convert them to fat to store them for later.
It is very important to eat a balanced diet, Eat a portion of carbs, protein a good helping of veges.
The thing about protein is, if it is not used by the body it is not stored. It just goes right through! However don't overdo it with protein either!
When picking carbohydrates choose ones that have a Low GI rating, this means it takes longer for these foods to break down and therefore release energy slower instead of one burst.
Google foods with a low GI.
With this info, Don't cut out carbs and eat all protein. Have a balance, carbs give you much needed energy, just dont eat too much!
I cannot stress enough, eat a balanced diet!!!!!!
When it comes to exercising, set some goals. Do not start with trying to run when you just can't
Begin with walking, it is important that you exercise for long periods. Your body has too burn through its carbohydrate stores in order to burn fat. Once your carb stores are out, your body turns to the best source of energy. FAT! For your body to get to this stage, maintain a workout/walk for 50 mins +.
If 50 mins is too much for you, start with less and build up to it.
My recommendation:
Starting from scratch:
Walk 3 times a week for 30 mins +,
Maintain a good heart rate during this( if your heart rate is too low you won't improve anything).
After about 2-3 weeks, depending on how motivated you are. Extend your walks
Walk 4 times a week for 50 mins + and maybe throw in some hills instead of walking on the flat to get that heart rate up.
As time goes by, increase the intensity or the time of your training, I.e. eventually start too run.
Hope some of this helps, if you have anymore questions please ask, Its great too see people taking action in order to loose weight and become healthier!
P.s. Do some of your own research! Eat a balanced diet, Workout for longer periods and Goodluck!
