Sup guys!
I really want this manta ray mount but dunno if I need Liquid Black quest is required to access there.
I would appreciate if you could tell me if there is another way since I really dont have anyone to help me with the quests.

I believe as long as you have the foxtail all you need is stage 3 to be active on your server.

Actually there some stage opened today.. And I know some are going there how can I know which stage is opened?

U need liquid Black quest, just the first mission where u actually run it all. Then u need the Foxtail and just go tame it

Yes im sure. I got the manta ray on like 5 characters. It's at stage 3, almost the same way you go the the bosses. But on ur way to the bosses u will find a way u can go a - floor. There u will find it

Bro Segergreger, I dont get how to get there. Is this the right path?
Seems impossible to go up the stairs there :P
