I use my arrow keys, with left hand and mouse in right. My fingers are long enough to press the hotkeys with my fingers and use the arrows with my thumb. So mine look like this:

F1: Utura

F5: Utani hur /// EDIT
F6: Exura Gran / San / ECT
F7: Utamo Vita
F8: Exura / Exura Ico / San //// SHIFT F8 is tool
F9: W/e Exori I am using to hunt (IE exori flam/vis/ico/san)

F11: HP
F12: GFB/UE/ hur, boom spell

Its pretty simple, I don't use them much.
If I do hunt manually I usually change it every time to what I am hunting.
