This is a fix for people with good internet/computer and still get the buffering while watching for no reason.
- No ads!

Install VLC (http://get.videolan.org/vlc/2.1.3/win32/vlc-2.1.3-win32.exe) (32bit)
Install Livestreamer (https://github.com/chrippa/livestreamer/releases/download/v1.7.5/livestreamer-v1.7.5-win32-setup.exe) (32bit)
Download this batch file and run (https://www.dropbox.com/s/yxq3e3b31cg4v3l/TwitchStream.bat)

If you don't wish to use the batch file, use this inside your command prompt:

livestreamer twitch.tv/CHANNELNAME best

It's np! I don't know why it would, but it does, some people say it's because of twitchs decoding/flash. I'm one of the people with fast internet, solid 90mb down and 10 up, still buffering. Twitch on chrome = 50-60% CPU, VLC = 20-25% also no buffering
