I just wounder if anyone can share any tibia skins (without virus ofc) for 8.6 and learn me how to use them or create them etc.

Put your "Tibia.pic" file inside the same folder as "picparser.exe" and run the "decompile.bat" file, all images from the pic file should now be inside the folder "images"
Once you're done editing, run the "decompile.bat" and a new Tibia.pic file should be generated in the same folder
