Change "Settings" window

Hello!
My proposition is like in title.
I think, current "Settings" window is uncomfortable. If you have many settings like me, finding this what you want is tiresome.

I think Settings window should look like "Scripter" - its comfortable and transparent.

This is already on the suggestions list, it is going to be different when apophis comes out, hopefully there will be a search bar, and 10x more swag.
